ErythroSave Ltd. was founded in the Yozmot HaEmek Incubator, Israel, in April 2005.

The all-in-one device (US patent # 7,195,606,  Israel patent # 180709) enables blood aspiration from premature infants, centrifugation and retransfusion of the red cells back to the infants (the plasma is sent to the lab). It has been shown in preliminary studies that ErythroSave may reduce by app. 50% the number and volume of blood transfusions in premature infants. 

The device is in a process of regulation by the FDA. 

The second all-in-one device (patent pending) is oriented to draw blood from patients, isolate by centrifugation the Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and retransfuse the activated PRP to the patients in order to enhance healing and regeneration of the involved tissues.
